How do I place my order?
All orders are to be placed in writing by email.

Do you offer any discounts when purchasing in high quantities?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on any orders of 10 and up of the same fish. This is excluded on the dozen deal specials.

Do you ship fish?
Yes we ship, but during the warmer monthes late april to september. Any supplies can be shipped year round.

How do you get your fish ready for the trip ahead?
When shipping we pack the fish low numbers per bag, in pure O2, and bag buddies to help the stress. Everything is double bagged into a styrofoam box. Depending on shipping arrangements, we can pack in diferent sized bags to fit your needs. **$5.00 Supplies charge**

What do I do if my fish arrives dead?
We offer a guarantee our fish. live arrival guarantee on all overnight delivery ONLY. Shipping is at buyers expense. If you receive a D.O.A. (dead on arrival) on overnight delivery then you will receive credit on the next order. Sorry no refunds on shipping. All D.O.A. must be claimed within 2 hours of arrival. A digital picture of the fish in the unopened bag must be emailed to us.

Do you offer a guaranteed live arrival on pickup/delivery?
For pickup, we do not offer any guarantee. It is now out of our control what you do and what happens to the fish. In the case that we deliver (Possibility to local Ontario Residents ONLY) we do guarantee live arival to you.

Are there any fish you will not ship/deliver?
The only fish we will not ship are any cyprichromis or paracyprichromis due to the unhardy nature of the fish.

What are your methods of payment?
We are cash only on delivery and pickup. Upon shipping, we must recieve payment via Paypal BEFORE shipping the fish.
