How do I place my order?
All orders are to be placed in writing by email or discussed by phone.

Do you offer a guaranteed live arrival on pickup/delivery?
For pickup, we do not offer any guarantee. It is now out of our control what you do and what happens to the fish. In the case that we deliver (Possibility to local Ontario Residents ONLY) we do guarantee live arival to you.

Are there any fish you will not ship/deliver?
The only fish we will not ship are any cyprichromis, paracyprichromis, or select Tanganyikan species; due to the unhardy nature of the fish.

What are your methods of payment?
We are cash only on delivery and pickup.
